    Please choose this option if you have Aetna, POMCO, or Medicare and have already been seen for an initial evaluation. Co-pay/deducible/co-insurance applies.

  • Insurance-Based: Initial Session (50 min)

    Copay/deducible/co-ins applies. Accepting Aetna, Ind. Health, POMCO, and Medicare.

  • Private Pay Double Session

    Choose this option for a 100-minute session if you are paying privately. If you are able to submit Out-of-Network PT expenses we may be able to submit these expenses for you; please inquire. There is a short break 1/2 way through this double session.
